This role suits someone with a few years of public accounting or finance who wants a client-facing, sales-oriented career, rather than a traditional accounting track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Austin Market Leader in developing the Austin market.
• Build relationships across prospects, portfolio companies, former clients, and consultants.
• Own customer success conversations with clients and progress to full account ownership.
• Help schedule interviews and track BD relationships in CRM.
• Contribute to client and consultant experiences from events to milestones.
