Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial title experience required.
• Experience preparing/typing commercial policies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title commitments, forms, endorsements, and commercial transactions.
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize commercial title insurance policies per commitments and closing instructions.
• Review title documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriter guidelines.
• Verify legal descriptions, vesting, and transaction details; incorporate endorsements.
• Collaborate with escrow officers, examiners, and underwriters to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage multiple transactions and meet production deadlines.
