Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, and document business requirements using a range of elicitation methods.
• Review, assess, and improve business processes.
• Lead data analysis, root-cause analysis of data errors, and data-flow documentation.
• Develop reports and publish data to public-facing open data portals and the agency website.
• Create and validate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training and implementation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design technical solutions.
• Provide research and special-project support to users.
• Ensure deliverables follow established processes, quality standards, and business analysis methodologies.
• Work with minimal direction; may assign or oversee the work of others.
