Job summary

The Launch Partnership, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on production professional to work directly with our host and content team. This role is local to our studio and requires a passion for AI, tech, and the startup scene.

You will own end-to-end production for shows like TWiST and TWiAI, from pre-production research to recording and distribution, while ensuring quality and timely releases. You will help develop new shows and expand our social media strategy.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and able to manage fast-paced content production
• Familiar with recording and producing podcasts or long-form audio/video content
• Local to the studio in Austin, TX
• Comfortable working with high-profile tech and AI-focused guests

Responsibilities

• Develop a content and distribution strategy with Editorial Director Lon Harris and CEO/Host Jason Calacanis.
• Own end-to-end production on "TWiST" and "TWiAI" episodes from pre-production to distribution, ensuring quality and on-time release.
• Help develop new shows to expand the TWiST/This Week in AI network.
