Qualifications

• 15+ years in private credit, leveraged finance or structured credit, spanning investment/trading and/or infrastructure roles.
• Track record of building new business lines, platforms or capabilities.
• Strong commercial instinct across business models and GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own market-structure strategy for private credit scale, including data, index and trading infrastructure.
• Develop data integration across asset lifecycle with internal systems and ICE Private Credit Intelligence.
• Shape tokenization and prime-brokerage approaches for traditional and digital assets.
