Job summary

Durable Athlete is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach for an on-site contract role in the Austin, TX area. You will design and implement individualized and group strength programs, assess movement, coach technique, and monitor client progress.

You will collaborate with clients to set goals, provide education on injury prevention and recovery, and contribute to a supportive, holistic culture reflecting Durable Athlete’s philosophy.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with clients to set goals and educate on injury prevention and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group strength and conditioning sessions on-site.
• Coach proper technique and monitor client progress.
