Job summary

United States Attorneys' Offices is seeking an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) to coordinate the office's eLitigation program in Montana. This role focuses on electronic litigation, discovery processes, and technology training rather than trial work.

The selected attorney will advise civil and criminal case teams, help develop and implement eLitigation policies, and coordinate with justice partners and law enforcement. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and active bar admission (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Post-J.D. legal or relevant experience to qualify.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the office's eLitigation program and advise case teams on electronic litigation and discovery.
• Develop eLitigation policies, procedures, and training for staff on technology tools and applications.
• Provide expert guidance to coordination with the Court, Federal Public Defender, and law enforcement.
