Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a program and maintenance analyst to support the trilateral AUKUS effort, focusing on submarine maintenance program requirements for the Pearl Harbor Detachment Stirling. You will coordinate with U.S.

Pacific Fleet N43 and TYCOM to align maintenance and readiness with JFMM standards. Eligibility includes a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of DoD experience, strong naval maintenance knowledge, and an active SECRET (or higher) clearance; location

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of DoD experience
Deep understanding of naval maintenance protocols, especially JFMM
Ability to transfer concepts to audiences with varying technical knowledge and to senior leaders

Responsibilities

Serve as program and maintenance requirements analyst for the AUKUS collaboration.
Ensure maintenance capabilities and infrastructure support FDNF SSNs and TYCOM requirements.
Coordinate with PHNSY detachment integration teams in Hawaii and schedule readiness activities.
Develop and maintain executive briefing materials on PDS establishment, maintenance readiness, and JFMM compliance
