Qualifications

• Requires valid CDL (Class A) license.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating a skid steer.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of crane setup and signaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to safely complete jobs while supervising work.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide work direction and promote teamwork.
• Log crew hours daily for payroll accuracy.
• Represent the company with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and DOT standards.
• Complete new hire paperwork for local union members when required.
• Provide daily reporting via tablet to admin staff.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure job completion.
• Communicate problems to the superintendent promptly.
• Verify auger details and inspect augers prior to use.
• Brace and maintain augers.
• Verify ground locates before auger installation.
• Complete layouts of drawings for auger installation.
• Minimize cleanup by efficient work.
