Job summary

HOMEWOOD-FLOSSMOOR COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 233 seeks an Auditorium/PAC Manager to oversee the Auditorium and Performing Arts Center, coordinating with the Activities Director on facility usage and budgets. You will design and program lighting, sound, and video for events, supervise technical crews and actors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing production paperwork, coordinating set design, and assisting with maintenance and post-event wrap-up.

Qualifications

• Technical Theatre Degree-Design and Technology
• Ability to manage budgets and production paperwork
• Availability for a 12-month, 260-day schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate set design, properties, and costumes with the director before purchases
• Prepare production quotes and manage budgets for productions
• Oversee special contractual service providers and PO requests
• Design and program lighting cues; manage sound and video needs
• Supervise technical crew and actors during rehearsals and performances
• Ensure facility safety and regulatory compliance with maintenance
• Drive and park a Penske Truck with a lift (≤26')
