Prescient Security seeks a SOC2 Auditor to manage audits for US-based clients from a remote setting. You will design audit plans, gather evidence, and produce 10–15 reports monthly while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of IT audit or compliance experience, a solid understanding of SOC 2 and related standards, and strong communication skills to work with global customers. A bachelor’s degree in information security or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT audits, security assessments, or compliance experience (internships or projects welcome).
• Basic understanding of information security principles and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with global customers.

Responsabilités

• Create audit plans and system descriptions based on inquiries into controls and processes.
• Meet with clients on video conference with camera on to perform walkthroughs on US hours to collect evidence and create work papers.
• Review and sign off on testing results by testers.
• Support audit manager on clients while they are out of office.
• Manage a book of 20+ startup clients.
• Escalate issues and concerns by clients internally with leadership to solve them proactively.
• Deliver 10 to 15 reports per month assuming same close out date.

The base salary range is $80,000 - $85,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
