Description

Summary

The OBA Auditor is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities - 90%
  • Performing Visual Inspections: assembly issues, missing screws, missing labels, defective plastics.
  • Performing Software/Hardware testing: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10, Enterprise), ChromeOS.
  • Performing Documentation Verification: traveler form and physical unit verification, customer problem description, technician repair actions, presence of accessories.
  • Inspecting 75-85 units within an eight-hour shift.
  • Ensuring 100% pass rate through shipping.
  • Adjusting to variable lot-sample audits (33%, 50%, 100%).
  • Availability for overtime and additional hours, including Saturdays (7:00 am - 3:15 pm).
Repair Depot Efficiencies - 5%
  • Maintaining a positive work environment supported by open feedback.
  • Keeping workspace organized and clean.
Team Building/Leadership - 5%
  • Supporting a positive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years experience in repair depot or quality control.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
