Job Summary

The OBA Auditor is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying various customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties not listed may be assigned.

1. Daily Responsibilities (90%)

• Performing visual inspections for assembly issues, missing screws, labels, and defective plastics.
• Performing software/hardware testing on Windows (7,8,8.1,10, Enterprise) and ChromeOS.
• Verifying documentation including traveler forms, physical units, customer problem descriptions, technician repair actions, and accessories.
• Inspecting 75-85 units within an eight-hour shift.
• Ensuring 100% pass rate through shipping.
• Adjusting to variable lot-sample audits (33%, 50%, 100%).
• Working overtime and Saturdays as needed (7:00am-3:15pm).

Repair Depot Efficiencies (5%)

• Maintaining a positive work environment with open communication.
• Keeping workspace organized and clean.

Team Building/Leadership (5%)

• Supporting a positive and safe work environment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience in repair depot or quality control fields.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
