Job summary

The Office of the New York State Comptroller seeks Auditors at three levels: Trainee 1, Trainee 2, and full Auditor 1, to conduct municipal audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 semester credit hours in accounting and/or auditing.
• For Trainee 2 level: one year of professional accounting/auditing experience.
• For Auditor 1 level: two years of professional accounting/auditing experience or master's/doctoral degree in related field.
