This position works directly with the seven external and four internal commodity boards: Corn, Wheat, Grain Sorghum, Dry Bean, Ethanol, Dry Pea & Lentil, Dairy, Grape & Wine, Craft Brewery, Potato, and Poultry. The primary duty is reviewing records for check-off reporters to confirm compliance with statutory requirements. The basic requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent, with at least 24 semester hours of accounting or auditing. Any combination of education with a concentration in accounting and auditing experience acceptable to the Auditor of Public Accounts, may be substituted for the educational requirements in Section 002.01.Other: This position requires travel. As such, the incumbent must be able to present a valid driver's license or another form of reliable transportation.
