Molina Healthcare is seeking a compliance specialist with LPN or RN license to oversee compliance audits, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and manage investigations. Establish a specifically designed compliance program that effectively prevents and/or detects violations of applicable laws and regulations, protecting the Business from liability related to fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure that the Business understands and complies with laws and regulations relevant to the Healthcare environment. Oversee, follow-up, and resolve investigations to ensure accountability for compliance.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years.
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
3-5 years.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $116,835 / ANNUAL
