Job summary

This remote position offers a salary range of $100K–$120K with opportunities for advancement into a Project Lead role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, ideally within commercial property claims, underwriting, auditing, or compliance.
• Experience with Lloyd's of London.
• Surplus lines or non-admitted experience a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can adapt quickly to multiple systems, workflows, and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner and support multiple insurance organizations with audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and process improvements across claims, underwriting, compliance, operations, and risk.
