Job summary

Allstate is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to manage the lifecycle of digital products, automation capabilities, and transformation initiatives for Internal Audit. You will translate business needs into a strategic roadmap, prioritize backlog, and drive adoption across stakeholders and engineering teams.

The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to balance long-term transformation with immediate business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Agile backlog grooming and prioritization in software delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization for automation, innovation, analytics, and process improvements.
• Define outcomes with stakeholders and translate into a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout delivery lifecycle and validate outcomes.
