Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a backlog in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as intake and prioritization lead for automation, AI, and process improvement.
- Define outcomes with stakeholders and align backlog to strategy.
- Lead discovery, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering through delivery lifecycle and testing.
- Develop change management, training, and adoption plans.
- Measure adoption, impact, and communicate results to leadership.
- Communicate transformation priorities and roadmap updates across the department.
