Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to join our rapidly growing firm in a leadership role. The Manager will oversee tax, audit and other assignments, mentoring Staff and Senior Accountants, while strengthening client relationships and driving profitability.

The role may offer remote or hybrid options depending on business needs; discuss availability with your recruiter. Compensation ranges from $108,000 to $133,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• 5–8 years in public accounting or equivalent balance of education and experience.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge with professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from planning to staffing and issue resolution.
• Oversee engagements with minimal supervision and high quality reviews.
• Supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist Principals/Partners with new client development and growth.
• Promote the Firm’s image through panels, publications, and events.
