Deloitte Central Europe is seeking an Audit Support Junior Analyst in Alabama. Qualifications

• Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is considered preferential.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
• Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
• Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities in support of audit controls.
• Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.

Your future role

As an Audit Support Junior Analyst, you will:

• Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
• Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
• Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) in support of audit controls.
• Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are completed on time and in line with the work plan.

The scope of the role is focused on accounting and tax, in accordance with Italian regulations.
