Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA eligibility with 150 credit hours is required.
• 4+ years in public accounting, with senior-level experience.
• Passion for client service and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously plan engagements including review of audit programs and budgets.
• Conduct and supervise all field work for audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Delegate to staff and mentor their development.
• Review workpapers and financial statements before submission to senior staff.
• Identify efficiencies through innovative audit procedures.
• Inform senior management of opportunities to expand services.
• Understand firm economics and work to improve efficiency.
• Assist with billing and other client projects as assigned.
