Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit prior event documentation by reconciling handwritten counts with finalized reports
Answer phones at the end of events and assist with balancing stand sheets
Maintain audit books and paperwork with support from the C Team
Keep audit room clean, organized, and fully stocked (paperwork, supplies, cubbies)
Conduct routine administrative tasks such as filing, laminating, and packing storage boxes
Perform light operational support tasks, including laundry as needed
Complete miscellaneous computer-based work related to event audits
Support overall office organization and administrative needs
Opportunity to cross-train and gain experience on the event floor
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and reconciliation tasks
Ability to manage and organize paperwork efficiently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to perform a variety of administrative and support tasks
