Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of public accounting experience in audit.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee benefit plan audits from planning to completion.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Managers and Partners.
• Develop engagement work plans, budgets, and staffing.
• Prepare financial statements and related attestations.
