Job summary

RNInk, a growing CPA firm with offices in Scottsdale and Chandler, Arizona, is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join the team. The role emphasizes supervising audits, mentoring staff, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning and executing audits, ensuring GAAP compliance, and providing process improvements for clients. A CPA license and 3–5 years of audit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar required.
• 3-5 years of audit experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Dedication to superior client service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Supervise audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
