Job summary

RNInk is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across industries from our Phoenix metro area clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to privately held companies, ensuring high-quality services and guiding business and process improvements.

You will supervise staff, apply GAAP and GAAS, build strong client relationships, and contribute to networking and business development.

Qualifications

5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
Active CPA license.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus.
Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

Managing and planning audit and review engagements.
Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues.
Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supervising, training, and mentoring associates.
Participating in networking and business development activities.
Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth.
