Audit Supervisor

Location: Fully Remote

Known for our collaborative approach, we serve businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations with trusted financial expertise. We're looking for an Audit Supervisor who’s ready to take the next step in their leadership journey—managing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and shaping client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

As an Audit Supervisor, you’ll lead audit and review engagements from start to finish. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for your clients, guide junior team members, and dive into complex accounting challenges. Your leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality work while fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of audits and reviews across a variety of industries
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business to deliver tailored insights
• Prepare and review work papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Mentor and coach staff and seniors, helping develop their technical and professional skills
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, proactively addressing client concerns
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to firm quality standards
• Support recruiting efforts and engage in networking or business development activities
• Stay current on industry regulations and accounting standards (FASB, SSARSs, etc.)

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• CPA license or in progress (at least one exam passed)
• 5+ years of recent experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAS and industry-specific audit requirements
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CaseWare is a plus
• Eagerness to coach and lead others while also managing client relationships
