Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification required.
• 5–7 years of public accounting audit experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held companies.
• Lead and mentor staff and senior accountants, fostering technical expertise.
• Perform and review agreed-upon procedures and lead due diligence and acquisitions.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Travel to client sites as needed for fieldwork.
