Job summary

Your Talent Team in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Auditor for a growing CPA firm with a hybrid work model. The right candidate will lead client audits, build strong relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance.

You will supervise and mentor associates, apply accounting standards, and manage engagements from planning through completion. CPA or candidate status is preferred; 2–4 years of public accounting experience required.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting; master's in Accounting a plus.

• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.

• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Accounting. Masters in Accounting a plus!
• 2 - 4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
