Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our growing public accounting practice on a hybrid schedule.

You will lead client audits, reviews, and compilations, plan and direct engagements, and build strong relationships with clients to provide practical recommendations. You will supervise and mentor junior staff, research accounting issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA candidate status preferred.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing and completing financial audits.
• Build relationships with clients by gathering information and providing improvement recommendations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior associates on audit processes.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.

• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Accounting. Masters in Accounting a plus!
• 2 - 4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
