True North Consultants, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our growing CPA firm on a hybrid schedule. You will lead client engagements, plan and execute audits, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting, 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience, and CPA or CPA candidacy. Strong client service, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• BS degree in Accounting; master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Build relationships with clients by gathering information and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.

Duties:

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Accounting. Masters in Accounting a plus!
• 2 - 4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
