CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Not-for-Profit practice in the Midwest. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements for nonprofit clients, working closely with management to deliver high-quality financial statements and disclosures.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of audit experience, and CPA exam eligibility. This role offers competitive compensation ($71k–$124k+ depending on location) and comprehensive benefits across Minnesota,

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing Nonprofit industry practice in the Midwest. Locations include any of our CLA offices in Minnesota, Illinois or Iowa.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior Not-For-Profit role:

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00
