Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Not-For-Profit practice in the Midwest, with office locations in Minnesota, Illinois or Iowa. You will lead assurance engagements, interact with clients, and supervise teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting and internal control assessments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA eligibility is preferred, and at least 2 years of audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

How you'll create opportunities in this Audit Senior Not-For-Profit role:

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00
