Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an Audit Senior to join our nonprofit practice in the Midwest. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, coordinating with clients and decision makers to ensure quality service across multiple engagements.

You will work closely with teams to assess internal controls, prepare financial statements, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting staff development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.
• CPA exam eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.

• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing Nonprofit industry practice in the Midwest. Locations include any of our CLA offices in Minnesota and Illinois.

How you'll create opportunities in this Audit Senior Not-For-Profit role:

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00
