Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Not-for-Profit practice in the Midwest, with offices across Minnesota and Illinois.

Plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, work closely with clients, and assess internal controls. You will schedule, delegate, and train team members while building strong client relationships and contributing to career growth within CLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing Nonprofit industry practice in the Midwest. Locations include any of our CLA offices in Minnesota and Illinois.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior Not-For-Profit role:

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters
• Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00
