Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Audit Senior Manager focused on the Financial Services space in NorCal. You will deliver industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle-market clients while partnering with leadership to guide engagement strategy and client relationships.

You will mentor staff, drive quality in fieldwork, and contribute to business development while maintaining a strong commitment to professional growth within a leading CPA advisory firm.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Master's or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA required.
• Eight years of auditing/assurance experience in a professional services firm required.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience desired.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement tests to assess internal controls deficiencies and provide improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
• Support growth and development of team members through firm programs.
