Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Norwalk, CT team. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership for audits, reviews, and compilations for private companies and nonprofits, with direct mentor access and a clear path toward Audit Manager.

You will work on-site, collaborate with partners, and guide junior staff throughout engagements. A CPA track is encouraged, with firm support for CPA exams and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Progressive financial audit experience in public accounting (3+ years).
• Experience auditing private companies and nonprofits is a plus.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP/GAAS and audit software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute audits, reviews, and compilations from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee work quality and client service.
• Draft GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Serve as primary client contact during fieldwork; manage questions and evidence.
• Identify efficiency gains and flag internal-control gaps for leadership.
