Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 3+ years of financial statement audit experience in public accounting.
• At least 2+ years of direct supervisory/mentoring experience for Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage audit engagements for private equity-backed clients and closely held businesses.
• Develop meaningful client relationships and provide strategic business insights.
• Mentor associates and senior accountants to build technical skills.
• Execute engagements with efficient project management and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with partners to support firm growth initiatives.
