We are looking for a sharp, driven Audit Senior to run engagements, lead client relationships, and mentor our rising staff.
Lead Engagements: Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with GAAP.
Advise Clients: Serve as a primary contact for key client stakeholders-resolving complex technical issues, evaluating internal controls, and recommending strategic improvements.
Mentor Talent: Supervise, train, and review the work of audit associates, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback.
Drive Quality: Draft financial statements, complete technical research, and maintain high standards across workpapers and management letters.
Support Growth: Assist with engagement budgeting, timeline management, and new business proposal development.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience (Audit Senior level preferred).
Credentials: Active CPA license highly preferred (or CPA candidate actively pursuing certification).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's is a plus.
Skills: Strong foundation in GAAP and auditing standards, exceptional project management skills, and clear communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with modern audit workflow software; data analytics experience is a bonus.
