Qualifications

• 5+ years of resource management, scheduling, or similar within professional services or public accounting.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Audit Practice leaders to align resources and improve efficiency.
• Analyze scheduling, utilization, and forecasting data to support staffing decisions.
• Monitor workloads and address scheduling conflicts for balanced utilization.
• Align resources by skillset, experience, and geography to maximize outcomes.
• Generate reports on productivity and profitability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and training related to scheduling systems and processes.
• Support workforce plans with leadership, Finance, and HR.
