Job summary

Cayuga Milk Ingredients is seeking a Document Review Specialist to ensure timely review, verification, and reconciliation of production, processing, quality, and regulatory documentation within aseptic and dairy ingredient operations.

The role supports FDA regulations, PMO, LACF, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, cGMPs, and company quality standards while maintaining QA records in EDMS and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in document control, quality assurance, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, ALCOA+ and GMP principles.

Responsibilities

• Review Batch Production Records and related documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Verify required signatures, dates, and timestamps prior to product release.
• Maintain controlled document management systems and EDMS.
• Support FDA/SQF/USDA audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to resolve documentation discrepancies.
