Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking an Audit Readiness & Compliance Specialist to steward the enterprise audit program across corporate, partner, regulatory, and internal audits.

You will maintain governance processes, schedules, evidence libraries, and remediation tracking while partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve compliance maturity. Strong communication and Microsoft 365 skills are essential to drive readiness and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, compliance, operations, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years of audit, compliance, governance, program management, or operational experience.
• Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including audits and executive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate, partner, regulatory, and internal audits from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise audit calendar and roadmaps; oversee readiness plans and governance processes.
• Maintain unified control libraries, evidence repositories, and documentation standards.
• Provide readiness reporting, risk assessments, and executive status updates to leadership.
• Engage with stakeholders across Operations, GTM, Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, and Leadership to ensure audit readiness.
