Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking an Audit Readiness & Compliance Specialist to coordinate audit activities across the enterprise, maintain governance processes, and drive remediation efforts to keep the organization audit-ready year-round.

The role partners with multiple functions to manage audits, develop roadmaps, and produce readiness reporting for leadership, while reducing audit risk and improving compliance maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, compliance, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of audit, compliance, governance, or program management experience.
• Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives including audits and executive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audits across corporate, partner, regulatory, and internal programs from initiation to completion.
• Manage audit timelines, milestones, stakeholder assignments, resource planning, and deliverables.
• Lead readiness reviews, kickoff meetings, status check-ins, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Coordinate auditor requests, interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, and evidence reviews.
• Track risks, dependencies, resources, and compliance concerns; ensure timely deliverables.
