Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Audit Program Manager to lead its global audit calendar across SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and related frameworks. You will coordinate with audit firms, GRC Partners and control owners to plan, execute, and close findings while driving automation to streamline evidence collection.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, scheduling audits, scoping boundaries, and guiding teams through gap assessments for new frameworks and expansions.

Qualifications

• Several years of program management experience with multi-workstream coordination.
• Experience leading external security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001) at scale.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27000 family and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run the integrated audit program across multiple frameworks and expansions.
• Plan quarterly audits from scoping to closeout and communicate status to leadership.
• Prepare control owners for audits and ensure timely evidence delivery.
• Lead gap assessments and expansion evaluations with leadership input.
• Drive automation to collect evidence once and reuse across frameworks.
