Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to run its unified audit program within Security GRC. You will plan quarterly SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 audits, coordinate with auditors, control owners and GRC partners, and help expand scope to new frameworks and regions.

You will build runbooks, improve evidence collection, and ensure findings are remediated efficiently, balancing deadlines with clear, precise communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of program management experience running multi-workstream programs with plan, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and leadership-facing status updates.
• Experience running external security audits (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 at minimum) and multiple frameworks concurrently.
• Experience leading gap assessments for new frameworks/scope changes and presenting results to leadership.
• Enough technical fluency to understand evidence in cloud environments and to assess report completeness; ability to build simple automations.
• Clear writing and coordination under deadline pressure, with ability to drive control owners to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Run the unified audit program: create an integrated plan and calendar across audits and expansions, track milestones and risks, report to GRC leadership.
• Plan and run quarterly audits (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 family) from scoping through findings closeout.
• Coordinate audit readiness activities with control owners, evidence pre-checks and walkthroughs.
• Scope audits with Product/Engineering to include relevant products/deployments and flag changes.
• Develop runbooks and automation approaches to streamline evidence collection and reuse across frameworks.
