The role emphasizes technical accounting expertise, adherence to standards, and ongoing staff development. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of audit experience, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and a CPA license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 5–8 years of relevant audit experience; CPA preferred.
• CPA license is required; IT audit certifications may be required for certain roles.
• Ongoing CPE obligations must be fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop audit strategy and allocate resources for engagements.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues and ensure quality documentation.
• Coach and develop junior staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for firm growth and new business with clients.
