The role emphasizes client relationship leadership, adherence to timelines and standards, and strategic input on financial processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 5–8 years of audit experience, and a CPA license (IT audit certifications welcomed).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant audit experience.
• CPA license required; IT audit certifications acceptable.
• Commitment to maintaining minimum CPE credits.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in planning, executing, and concluding engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
• Develop comprehensive audit strategies and allocate resources.
• Conduct complex audit procedures and review workpapers for accuracy.
• Stay current with accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Coach and mentor staff, providing performance feedback.
• Identify opportunities for business development and service expansion.
• Ensure documentation and conclusions meet firm standards and regulations.
