Candidates should have a CPA with at least 5 years of supervisory audit experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff. Occasional travel and overtime during peak seasons are expected.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with at least 5 years of audit supervision experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, technical, accounting, and auditing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and supervise multiple engagements and teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach staff to be more effective auditors.
• Research and share information on new pronouncements and emerging audit issues.
• Analyze and evaluate data and provide resolutions to complex problems.
• Provide strategic and tactical accounting advice and recommendations to clients.
• Consult with clients on various internal accounting related transactions.
• Train junior staff on audit and organizational procedures.
• Provide review of work product and performance.
• Be willing to serve multiple client engagements concurrently.
