Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent degree.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• Proficient in GAAP reporting standards.
• Knowledge of cost accounting.
• 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.
• Understanding of audit services with knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and FASB regulations.
• Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engagement teams and client engagements.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for quality and accuracy.
• Coach and evaluate staff; monitor performance.
• Communicate with clients and address issues.
• Ensure adherence to audit methodology and firm standards.
• Travel as necessary.
