Qualifications

• 5–7 years of external/internal audit experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, and trends.
• Leadership and ability to guide teammates toward goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Innovative, collaborative, and digital working style.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on attitude to get things done.
• Knowledge of brokerage products and regulatory environment; ITGC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology management to understand complex functions.
• Map end-to-end workflows, identify risks and controls across processes.
• Leverage audit automation tools to evaluate operations and systems.
• Perform and review audit test work, data analysis, and control testing.
• Apply data analytics concepts to identify control deficiencies.
• Draft clear audit reports with issues, implications, and management action plans.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on the team.
• Build strong relationships with audit teams and clients.
